📆 Day 1: Arrival

Arrival to Tbilisi International airport. Transfer to the hotel.

📆 Day 2: Tbilisi city Tour (Breakfast)

Breakfast. Tbilisi sightseeing: After breakfast, we will embark on Tbilisi sightseeing tour. Start at Metekhi Сhurch and the monument to Vakhtang Gorgasali, the legendary founder of Tbilisi. Visit Narikala Fortress by taking cable car by uphill to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the city (Mother of Georgia is here). Visit Tbilisi Botanical Garden The central entrance to the Garden is located at the foothills of the Narikala Fortress. It occupies the area of 161 hectares and possesses a collection of over 4,500 taxonomic groups. Walk down to the district of sulphur bath houses and pass by the only mosque in Tbilisi. Stroll through the Sharden area, full of narrow streets with cozy cafés, wine tasting bars, and souvenir shops, and breathe in the history of Old Tbilisi. Also visit Sioni Cathedral, Anchiskhati Basilica, and the famous Rezo Gabriadze Theatre’s clock tower, before crossing the Bridge of Peace to Rike Park. Abanotubani or Leghvtakhevi waterfall: The name Leghvtakhevi comes from Georgian word "Leghvi" which means fig. There were so many trees of fig around this place. The ancient district Kala was separated from the main city by Leghvtakhevi gorge. This beautiful waterfall is situated in the Leghvtakhevi Canyon, which is a popular hiking destination for both locals and tourists. The waterfall is known for its picturesque scenery and crystal-clear waters, which make it a must-visit attraction in Tbilisi. The Leghvtakhevi Waterfall is surrounded by lush greenery and towering cliffs, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for nature lovers. Visitors can enjoy a relaxing walk through the canyon Overnight at the Tbilisi hotel. /Day 3: Telavi – Nekresi – Gremi-Khareba- SighnaghiTbilisi (Breakfast) Breakfast. Kakheti region. Drive to Kakteti via beautiful Gombori pass, which offers you the shortest and picturesque way to the heart of Kakheti, the city of Telavi. Gombori road is spectacular at any time of year. Small idyllic villages, magnificent sceneries of Alazani valley and Caucasus Mountains, panoramic views, sheep flocks, ancient forests, beautiful meadows and sea of clouds are just a short list of what awaits you on this road. Our next stop is Nekresi Monastery which is standing on a hill and facing a beautiful view of the Alazani Valley. The monastery complex of Nekresi unites several monuments of Georgian architecture, among which there are three churches. Continue to Gremi architectural complex, a 16th century royal residence and the capital of Kakheti Kingdom. Our next stop is Wine degustation in Kvareli Khareba Winery. The unique wine cellar and tourist complex is built on the edge of Alazani Valley. This is a place that attracts Georgian and foreign tourists alike and awakens unforgettable emotions in them. Guests have the opportunity to take part in MasterClasses such as, baking bread in an oven, dipping Churchkhela, in addition to tasting up to 50 wines of "Winery Khareba". the wine cellar had a strategic importance in feeding of the population. We are finishing this trip with Sighnaghi sightseeing. The town is located in the eastern part of Kakheti, and is known as the City of Love. The town sits atop a bluff overlooking the Alazani Valley, which is one of Georgia’s most famous wine-producing regions. Visiting Bodbe convent. As the legend says, it is a burial place of St. Nino, who converted Georgia to Christianity in the 4th century. Since 1889 Bodbe complex functions as a nunnery as per the decree of Tsar Alexader III of Russia. Drive back to Tbilisi for overnight.

📆 Day 4: Tbilisi-Ananuri Fortress-Zhinvali Reservation-Kazbegi-Gudauri-Tbilisi (Breakfast)

Breakfast. Day trip to Kazbegi. On the way visiting Ananuri Fortress, a former residence of Argveti Dukes, which features churches and towers dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries and beautifully overlooks Zhinvali Reservoir. Stop to Friendship monument in Gudauri for photo shooting. Continue the way to Kazbegi. 4x4 vehicle trip to Gergeti Trinity church (located at an altitude of 2,170 m) to enjoy the amazing views of Mount Kazbeg. Drive back to Tbilisi for overnight.

📆 Day 5: Tbilisi-Uplistsikhe-Borjomi (Breakfast/Dinner)

Breakfast. Drive to the direction of Gori. Visiting Uplistsikhe cave which, literally ‘Fortress of God’, is an ancient rock-hewn town which played a significant role in Georgian history over a period of approximately 3,000 years. The cave town can be divided into a lower, a central and an upper area, covering an area of almost 40,000 square meters. Uplistsikhe is remarkable for the unique combination of styles from rock-cut cultures of the region, most notably from Cappadocia (in modern Turkey) and Northern Iran. After that we will transfer you to Borjomi- Balneological and climatic resort in Georgia at an altitude of 800 meters above the sea and is noted for: Its mineral water industry. One of the most popular places to visit is Borjomi Central Park (hiking here) which was built in the gorge (at its widest point). It’s comfortable to walk here in both cold and hot weather. On its territory there are several attractions that guests of the city will appreciate. In addition to mineral water, Borjomi is famous for its unique climate (200 sunny days a year) and healing air. Every spring, many people with respiratory problems come here - the cleanliness, freshness and coniferous forests benefit many. Overnight in Borjomi.

📆 Day 6: Borjomi-Akhaltsikhe-Vardzia-Rabati-Khertvisi-Borjomi (Breakfast/Dinner)

Breakfast. In the morning, visit Vardzia one of the most iconic attractions in Georgia. Inhabited since the Bronze Age and developed into a sophisticated monastic and defensive site between the 11th and 13th centuries, Vardzia is a massive complex of man-made caves hewn from a sheer rock wall. “Mountain Queen,” dug out of the solid rock, Vardzia looks like it was taken directly from the pages of Lord of the Rings. In reality it is a cave-palace-monastery built not by dwarfs, but by Georgians in the Caucasus for their fabled queen Tamar. Our next stop is Rabati fortress one of the most important and impressive fortresses in Georgia. The old stone Rabati fortress, the main sight of the Akhaltsikhe town, is standing on the small hill on the very shores of the Potskhovi river. Its name comes from Arabic meaning “fortified place”. Today Rabati fortress is a genuine cultural and historical complex on the square of seven hectares. The territory of the fortress is divided into a lower modern part and upper historical one. The lower part has shops, cafes, restaurant and a hotel. The upper part comprises of Akhmediye mosque (18th century), an Orthodox church (19th century), Djakeli palace, and the History Museum. Apart from this, the Rabati fortress has excellent viewing sites: there are four towers above the walls, where you can go up the winding stairs. Each of them has a wonderful view of Akhaltsikhe and its surroundings Khertvisi fortress– one of the oldest fortresses in Georgia and was functional throughout the Georgian feudal period. Overnight at the Borjomi hotel.

📆 Day 7: Borjomi-Batumi (Breakfast/Dinner)

Breakfast. Drive to the direction of Batumi. Arrival in Batumi and sightseeing: Here, most of the houses were built in the 19th century and you can feel history come alive in the rows of small shops where craftsmen are making copper ware, and in the small cafés that produce a magnificent aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The old city is known for its variety of small and intricate architectural details: buildings are decorated with chimeras, mermaids, atlantes, and other mythical creatures. We’ll also visit Batumi’s Europe Square, Piazza Square, Alphabetic tower, and Ali and Nino statue

📆 Day 8: Batumi-Mtirala National Park-Batumi (Breakfast/Dinner)

Mtirala National Park- Mtirala National Park is located at 1, 761 meters above sea level and occupies 6,000 hectares. The name of the park is translated as “crying” – due to frequent rains and a damp climate. Mtirala is the pride of Adjara. It is not just a park, but also an amazing place in which a tremendous variety of flora and fauna is represented. Here grow ancient Kolkhid’s plants, you can meet wild animals, and in the river Namtsvavistskali, which runs through the mountain slope, there are rare species of fish. The park is called “Georgian jungle” due its impassable paths, waterfalls and clean mountain air. This park was formed in an effort to better conserve the wildlife corridors and habitat that are an essential part of Adjarian ecosystem. 📆 Day 9: Batumi-Martvili Canyon-Prometheus Cave-Kutaisi (Breakfast/Dinner)

Breakfast. Drive to Martvili canyon. Every region in Georgia boasts its own famous natural landmarks, and Samegrelo is no different, as it is home to the stunningly beautiful Martvili Canyon. There are two sections of the canyon to visit. To the left of the entrance a walkway and viewing platforms lead you a few hundred meters along the top of the canyon, looking down over multiple waterfalls and into the impressively blue-green water. Even in winter, the sculpted canyon walls are thick with green moss and ferns, a lush little paradise with arched bridges offering the perfect vantage point. To the right, you can paddle your way through a scenic section of canyon in an inflatable boat, getting up close to a small waterfall and peeking into dark cracks and crevices. Our next stop is Prometheus Cave, where you will walk in 1.5 km long tunnel and enjoy breath-taking views of stalactites, stalagmites, petrified waterfalls, underground rivers and lakes along the cave. The underground light system is filled with LED lights of all colors of the rainbow, marvelously highlighting the natural beauty of the Prometheus Cave. Drive back to Kutaisi.

📆 Day 10: Kutaisi-Enguri DamMestia (Breakfast/Dinner)

Breakfast. Head to mysterious Svaneti passing through the Enguri Dam. Enguri dam is the largest and most powerful power plant in the Caucasus. It produces over 700 megawatts of electricity. The height of its dam is 276 m, and the volume of the reservoir itself is 1110 cubic meters of water. Svaneti is famous for its original and authentic architecture and is dubbed “the land of thousand towers”. Those towers used to play an important economic and defensive role in the history of Svaneti. Overnight at the Mestia hotel.

📆 Day 11: Mestia-Ushguli-Lamaria Church-Shkhara-Mestia (Breakfast/Lunch Box/Dinner)

Breakfast. After the hotel breakfast, drive to Ushguli village, the highest standing settlement in Europe (2200 m). The Ushguli architectural complex is a valuable architectural and historical monument, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List for its exclusiveness. There are about 70 families (around 200 people) living in Ushguli. Spend time in Ushguli strolling through the old narrow streets. Visit Lamaria Church complex, with impressive 12th century wall frescoes. Locals believe that Queen Tamar was buried under this church. Hike towards highest peak in Georgia Mount Shkhara (both way 8 km hike in total) and see beginning of glacier. Return to for overnight Mestia.

📆 Day 12: Mestia-Chalaadi Glacier-Heshkili Huts-Hatsvali-Mestia (Breakfast/Lunch Box /Dinner)

Breakfast. Visiting The Chalaadi glacier is on the slopes of mount Ushba. This massive glacial formation, extending over six kilometers, was formed thousands of years ago on the southern slope of Mount Chatini. Streams of water cascading down the mountain feed the glacier, subtly altering its shape and contours year after year. The trek to the glacier requires no special preparation and is often undertaken by families with children. It's advisable to bring along water and to wear sneakers or hiking boots. The optimal time for a visit is during the summer months, particularly in July and August. On the way to Hatsvali visiting Heshkili Huts (1900 meters from the sea level). Here you can see small wooden homes, which is the most popular thing among the visitors, unbelievable views, the rainbow, magnificent nature of Svaneti and those giant mountains all over. Visiting Hatsvali Resort which is popular throughout the year due to its immense natural beauty. While skiing is unquestionably the biggest drawcard, its breathtaking views of the Caucasus Mountains are enjoyable year-round. Taking cable car in Hatsvali to enjoy fantastic vies of Mestia.

📆 Day 13: Mestia-Koruldi Lakes-Kutaisi (Breakfast/Lunch Box/Dinner)

Breakfast. Visit Koruldi lakes. From Mestia to the lakes Koruldi you can get only by well-equipped 4X4 off-road vehicle. If you look at the glittering surface of these lakes, which are always filled with crystal clear water, the reflection of the snow-capped peaks behind will remind you of stalactites, and together, an unforgettable landscape unfolds before your eyes, creating an almost illusory perception that gives you an unforgettable sensation. Drive towards Kutaisi.

📆 Day 14: Kutaisi-Okatse Canyon-Tbilisi (Breakfast)

Breakfast. Visiting Okatse Canyon, a natural monument of Georgia with scenic views. The Okatse Canyon has already attracted and amazed large number of tourists with its magnificent wild nature, astonishing waterfalls and breathtaking views. Located in the Western Georgia, near the village of Gordi, the canyon runs roughly for 14 kilometers, width ranges from 3-6 to 15-20 meters, while its depth is between 20-100 meters. A visitor’s center is located along with a hanging path 250 m in length, as well as a 500 m path through the canyon and forest, a walking path of 2 km and an observation spot with panoramic views of the entire valley.
